Psilocybe Cubensis Variation:  Psilocybe Ghost spore swabs

Habitat: Bovine and Equine Dung and Enriched Soils.

Climate: Subtropical in addition.

Cap: 25-65 mm in diameter and convex to broadly convex to plane at maturity. Furthermore white flesh maturing to light blue and very dark blue at maturity. Flesh white soon after bruising blue. 

Stem: 5-35 mm in length and white flesh bruising blue with a light green undertone where injured too. Lastly occasional membranous annulus (ring) from partial veil that becomes dusted with translucent spores at maturity. Moreover not all Ghost fruit bodies have veil remnants.

Gills: Attachment adnate to adnexed. Psilocybe Ghost spore swabs Opalescent white coloration in young fruit bodies becoming dark blue-green in maturity.

Spores: Translucent/Albino spores, 10 by 8 micrometres in size and subellipsoid on 4-spored basidia.

Strain Origin:

Psilocybe Ghost spore swabs is a variety named after its small stature, wavy caps, and white appearance. This variety is a mutation of “TAT” isolated by cultivator Jik Fibs. Ghost is well known for its small, dense, and uniquely potent fruits. Ghost is often compared to Albino Penis Envy due to the high potency and physical appearance.

Psilocybe cubensis is a pan-tropical species,4 and occur in the Gulf Coast states and southeastern United States, Mexico, in the Central American countries of Belize, Costa Rica, and Guatemala, the Caribbean countries Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Guadalupe, Martinique, and Trinidad, in the South American countries of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, French Guiana, Paraguay, Uruguay and Peru, Southeast Asia,13 including Thailand,11 Vietnam, Cambodia and Malaysia, India, Australia (including Tasmania). Lastly New Zealand, Fiji, and possibly Nepal and Hawaii
